Slop Magazine Issue 4

We’re very pleased to announce the release of SLOP 04:The Global Issue.

This issue features stories from across the world, looking at the micro-cuisines of India, the cultural importance of shellfish in Portugal and the London drinks brand making a spirit by, and for, the diaspora. There is also a look at what the label of “old world” wine actually means, an international update of our regular shops feature, and a guide to essential ingredients from Tiella’s Dara Klein.

 The magazine will still be free in shops, but pre-ordering helps to support what we do and helps to make the magazine sustainable, contributing to the cost of design, printing, and most importantly, paying all of our contributors. Price includes UK postage.
